Scouting a location
I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve walked past this rusting old plough, but I decided to see if it was worth a visit on a decent day (unlike today, which was another grey, cloudy day) to get some photos. The site presents a little bit of a challenge. For a start, the plough itself is overgrown, and it’s directly under a transmission tower (which I decidedly did not want in shot). So I took a few images from various angles, and there are certainly possibilities. On a good day, with blue sky and some nice clouds, and with a little bit of ‘gardening’, it’ll make a nice subject for an HDR set.
A little fill-in flash brought the colour out.
