Tardebigge Engine House
Built in the early 1800’s, Tardebigge Engine House was used to pump water up from Tardebigge Reservoir, which is 60 feet below the level of the canal at that point.
The canal itself runs the other side of the engine house.
It was a nice walk yesterday, in between the showers. The weather has improved and it’s good to see the ewes and lambs in the fields. Feels almost like spring.
