Englands second highest mountain, taken from Englands highest mountain. In this view it’s clear there is no (safe) direct route between the two. You can either head down left, out of picture, and up via Foxes Tarn, or down to the right, and up Lords Rake (the prominent gully on the right of the picture). I last heard that Lords Rake is out of bounds because of a huge boulder that was jammed at the top of the rake, but that could drop at any moment. Foxes Tarn is a nice place to stop, anyway.
