Golden Fields

Golden Fields

Whilst you are taught not to shoot into the sun, there are times when you can get some very nice effects. Standing on the Malvern Hills, with the sun having just risen, and a low mist, the fields of the Severn plain are bathed in a golden glow.

Nothing special here – just a handheld shot with a 200mm lens at f/9. Very little post processing – just a few tweaks in lightroom to add contrast.
