Down on the beach at Clevedon, you can get a nice composition of the pier, which has an almost fragile look that lends itself very nicely to a monochrome image.
The lower part of the beach, where you get the best angle, is very muddy – take care!
Another warning – you are not allowed to take your tripod onto the pier. I have no idea why.
