Burbage Brook has carved out the picturesque Padley gorge, which is deservedly popular with photographers. I was up in Sheffield, so I took the opportunity, after work, to head up to the area to see what i could get. Alas, the light did not cooperate, but there’s always the chance of a few long exposure images of the brook itself.
The light was so poor in the gorge that I did not need any filters – at one point I had to bump the ISO up to keep exposure under 30 seconds.
Photography stuff: 12-24mm lens at 12mm, 8 seconds at f/10, tripod, photographer doing has level best to not fall in the water.
