The small, and partially roofless, church of St Nicholas at Uphill has a prominent position on a limestone hill, overlooking the Severn estuary. The marina sits just below the church, and Brean Down is prominent in the background.
In good light, with the right clouds in the background, this will be a fantastic place to take photographs.
Uphill is not a misleading place name – it accurately describes what you have to do to get here 🙂
