Lone tree in a field…

…apart from all the sheep, of course! Some lovely evening light in the Worcestershire countryside, less than 30 minutes walk from the house.

I’d spent a little time in the field, taking photographs, and the sheep seem to have become accustomed to my presence, which meant they were nice and relaxed when I took this image.

Photography stuff: 18-70mm lens at 70mm, ISO 400 (to keep a reasonable shutter speed – I didn’t want the sheep to blur), 1/20 sec at f/10, 3 stop hard graduated ND filter to hold back the sky (and give it a little drama), tripod.
