Strobist Work

I’m now getting into strobist work, which is using outdoor flash and High Speed Sync to allow me to use wide apertures and short shutter speeds outdoors alongside flash (have a read about flash sync speeds to understand why HSS is important to this technique.

So my lovely model and I headed outdoors and got shooting. Great fun, and I ended up with a ton of great images.

Photography stuff: 70-200mm lens at 120mm, 1/400 sec at f/2.8. Flash with HSS and softbox mounted camera right, remote flash trigger on camera.
